Tolethorpe Hall overlooks the attractive Rutland countryside and is home to the Stamford Shakespeare Company. Find out more about this historic building’s 1000 year history, and how it came to be the heart of a theatre company.
Join Us
There are many ways to get involved with us here at Tolethorpe. Every year we hold open auditions to join the Stamford Shakespeare Company, but there’s also plenty to do offstage. From backstage crew work, to lighting and sound, helping in the wardrobe department or around the grounds, there are always ways for you to join in.
